Cancellation Policy:
I know that schedules can get busy and that last-minute conflicts come up.

I will do everything I can to accommodate your schedule.  Please help to provide better service for you and our other clients by honoring the cancellation policy.

Massage by Erika has a two-hour cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me at least two hours notice, or a payment in the amount of half the price of the service will be required before you may schedule your next appointment.  This will be charged to the credit card on file.

* In case of emergency, please let us know as soon as possible, and an exception to this policy may be made.

No Show/No Call Policy:
100% of the missed service appointment will be required before you may schedule your next appointment.  This will be charged to the credit  on file.

To show respect for the therapist and other clients who may be following you please arrive on time.  If you do arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to ensure that any following appointments start on time.  Regardless of the length of treatment, clients will be responsible for Full payment of the scheduled appointment time.  Please DO NOT arrive more then 10 minutes early.

Communication Policy:
Sometimes – especially for those new to massage – you can feel quite vulnerable during a massage.  That’s why it is important for you to communicate with your therapist throughout the massage if your therapist is applying too much pressure or if you feel uncomfortable.

Personal Conduct Policy:
Massage by Erika has a Zero Tolerance Policy when it comes to inappropriate behavior.  If any behavior is considered inappropriate, including touching, sexual innuendos and/or rude requests, the session will be terminated immediately and FULL payment is required.

Draping Policy:
Draping is REQUIRED by law...Period...no exceptions.
